As you know I promised writing at least one review this mnth and I haven't posted any new chapters for about three month. Truthfully I already finished reading two books and I am currently reading a book. I also finished writing two chapters, for the first chapter it only need a little bit of editing while the second chapter still need some work. Being the lazy douchebag, I decided to post my review and chapter during the last week of the month but last week my work had nearly doubled and I couldn't find any time to post them. So here I am wishing you a Happy New Year and let us hope that next year I would be a better blogger.

I'm really sorry
As you know I have been missing for about a month. You are probably calling me a liar as I have promised to not only give the newest chapter to my book but I have also promised a book review that I haven't write for ages. Truthfully I have read a book, however, recently my internet connection went down because of money problem. I have also been terribly busy this past month and I had no time to go to an internet cafe to write my post. I visited my friend's house and he let me use his computer so here I am now typing like crazy before he knows what I'm using his computer for. If i managed to gather the money I would post the my review and the latest chapter in about a week.
PS: Last month, in total I got 150 visits from all of you. I'm so grateful to you, I will try my best to post more quiker in the future. let us just hope it is going to be a near one.

One Shot - A Lonely Feeling
I'm really sorry for disappearing for nearly an entire month. I have been busy like I have never been. I did not have the time to read a single book this month. I've been editing my book, I already finished with chapter 1, I will probably post the second chapter tomorrow. Anyway I tried writing a short story for a One Shot Competition.

Cursed For Eternity:Chapter 3

Surviving High School
Sorry for the late post but I had been busy editing my story,incase you're wondering I have already finish writing it.I am now editing it so you can expect the next chapter in a couple of days.Just wondering do any of you play the Surviving High School.It is a mobile game,every week the upload a new episode where you can play it for free.I have been playing it for a couple for years,while I think that the game is getting stale but I continue on playing since it's free.Anyway they release a book,introducing a new character named Emily.The book is written by M Doty and it was published in 2012.
The High and Low

.The story is pleasant and light.
.The story from the book doesn't quite match the story from the game.
.A lot of the characters were hollow.
Quick Summary
Emily is entering her first day of high school with her friend Kimi.Her sister died on a car accident and now her father expects her to be as great as her.She follows a strict regiment.She found herself liking Ben a popular student who is still recovering from a heart break and facing of her rival Dominique in swimming and for Ben's affection.It seems that there was more about her sister's death but nobody wants to talk about it and she do not want to confront Nick,her sister's boyfriend,the one who was responsible for her death.With all these issues surrounding her she reach her..............................that's all I'm going to write.
The Conclusion
I picked up the book,thinking that it would be a decet read.Truthfully it was,the story was good enough to be enjoyable and it didn't drag out as many teen books tend to.I also find myself liking the cover,usually I dislike cover with real people.However for people who have played the game,might find themselves confuse on several things,Kimi's relationship between Kevin and the disappearence of Dominique and Cameron's is to name a few.Not only that except for Emily,most of the characters lacked depth they had in the game.I wished that the story showcased Nick or Sam more.I was quite dissapointed with the book as I had expected more.For a player of the game you might find yourself dissapointed but for a non player you will probably enjoy it.

The Princess and The Bear
Sorry for writing this post a little late than I was supposed to you and yes I'm still holding on my promise,it's just I have been rewriting a lot lately so it's been quite hectic.Last week I managed to find a book called The Princess and the bear which made me automatically think of Brave.Anyway I did not know the book was a sequel until I searched about it when I finished the book.This book looked quite old but I decided to read because it was on sale.The book is written by Mette Ivie Harrison,it is the second book of the series and it was published in 2009.

.The two main leads was interesting.

.It could have explored its lore more.

She is finally a hound again,she is now staying with a king who had been transformed into a bear.While he can't understand they have a mutual understanding and the live peacefully together.One day the hound saw a creature who seemed to be causing death around him.She and the bear travelled to George to learn that the creauture was wielding unmagic and if it goes on they will be doomed.With no other choise the hound and the bear travelled to the wild man's domain as he is the only person powerful enough to stop unmagic.The bear tried leaving the hound by injuring her but she was determined to follow him to end.When they arrived the wild man confessed that he could not defeat it as he has grown weak.He asked the to go back two hundred years ago to sto the source of unmagic before it's too late,to make it easier the wildman turn the bear back into a human................................................I think I wrote too much.
The Conclusion
First of all,you can understand the book eventhough you did not read the first book.There may be some characters you dont know but they don't appear much so it does not really matter.I was really impressed by the lore of the story,the back story of the creatures were interesting.I would not have minded learning more of the world though I wished they would have explores more on the concept.The story was decent not that great but it wasn't bad either.I have to say that the two leads were definitely amusing.There is a king who had been transformed into a bear for more than century and hound who had finally turn back into a hound.Truthfully the title of the story confused me.shouldn't it be named The King and The Hound,after all the bear is originally human while the princess was actually a hound.I was not fond of the cover as you know I never liked my cover with real human on the cover.I have to say that I hoped that the story could be better but the lore was definitely good enough to make it a worth read.

The Silver Bowl
Before I start my review I want to apologize to all my readers.This year you all have been really good to me but I repay it with my laziness.I promised to write a japanese version of every post but until now I only managed to complete one.Instead of reviewing three books every month I only reviewed one or two books,I wondered on why did it turned out like this and a couple of days ago I discovered my answer.I was talking with my brother about a certain book that he wanted to buy,since I was going to a book store I offerred to buy it for him and he declined saying thath he wanted to buy the book in person.I said that I understand his feeling and recalled some memories a couple years back when was just a teenager searching for a book to read and relishing to find a book with a beautiful cover,wondering what story lies within the book.I immadiately realized that all this time I had lost my passion on reading books.I still loved reading book but recently I only read it to pass time or for the sake of this blog I used to read as a hobby I could spend hours on a book devouring each words but now I only spend an hour on a real book.
I promise you that from starting next month I'm going to at least write two book review every month unless I'm terribly busy that is.I don't think that I'm going to continue on my Japanese transalation unless you really want me to and yes I'm going to post a chapter every month.By the way I had some problem editing the next chapter for my story so it's going to take a couple days before I could post.
With that cleared I can begin my review.Last week read a book called The Silver Bowl.,it was written by Diane Stanley.I thought that it was an old book so I decided to read it,feeling tired of all the unoriginal teen fiction dominating shelves.I was in quite a shock to learn that it was published in 2011.

.The book has a great setting to it.
.The characters aare memorable and likable.
.I really liked the ending.
.To me the book didn't answer all my question.
.When the book reached the ending it felt a little bit rushed.

Molly was born in a large poor famiy so her cruel father had to send them away by sending them to faraway place to work.Molly had some visions and this made her father worried that she was crazy like his wife was he decided to send her to the castle to work as a servant but before that her mother explained to her that she must never let anyone kow of her powers ad gace her a necklace saying that it would protect her.She quickly befriended the stable boy Tobias and the sneak to see the royal family directly there she heard a conversation between prince Alaric and her mother.Alaric noticed her and riducled her for not knowing her place.Years passed and she is promoted to the polisher of the silver.........That's all I'm going to write.
The conclusion
Picking up this book was like finding a buried treasure that contained several aincents scroll.I cannot say that the book was perfect but it is simply a joy with essence of old book surrounding it.The book had the feelig of it was witten a couple of decades ago.The book has a great setting,dark and adventurous at the sametime.The characters were memorable and likable enought to stand out and I have to say while I hated how to book was rushed I really loved the ending.It made me realize about my passion on reading novels.
The biggest complain I had was that I was stil terribly confused on some certain things,those thing probably could have been explained if the book had an additional fifty pages.The book is a gem for anyone who is craving for a throwback fantasy where the story is the main course not the appetizer.

Cursed for Eternity:Chapter 1
As you know this blog is officially 3 years old now and I want to thank all of you for sparing your time to look at my pathetic blog.I know I have been quite lazy.I used to post three reviews every month but lately I only posted two.Anyway I have finally created my own story after month of planning/procrastinating I managed to finish the prologue.I know I'm not a really good writer but truthfully i felt that I could improve more if I had more people criticizing my book so I decided to post my story on my blog.This story is a fantasy/drama story so don't expect any romance in it.I really hope you enjoy it.I really appreciate any advice that you could give me.Truthfully I'm not sure how to put up a link for you to go to my story so for now I have to post the story up on Wattpad.In the future if I do know how to link my story I would probably stop posting it on Wattpad.For now I just hope you enjoy my story.

The False Prince
Hello everybody like a true procrastinator I decided to write this pote on the last day of the month eventhough I 've finished reading the books a week ago.I'm really sorry,I've been readying something for my third anniversarry I hope you're at least curious about it.Last week I read a book called The False Prince,it is written by Jennifer A. Nielsen and was published in 2012.It is the first book of the triology and it received very posite reviews.
The High and Low
.The book had a great charming cast who had a lot of potential
.The story was suprisingly sweet and witty.
.The world was never fully explored.
.Truthfully I felt the book to be a liitle short.
Quick Summary
Four boys are picked and only one of the boys will be chosen as the winner.This is what the four boys learned during one the first day they met Conner.The kids who were not chosen will be killed.Sage a young orphan is bought to enter this suicidal mission with Tobias,Roden and Lattemer.The winner will be pretending to be the long lost son who was thought to be dead during a pirate attack.Sage who knows that eventhough he wind he will never be free of Conner tries to survive as best as he can.There he needs to know who can he trust and who he can use to give him the advantage but when you're competitor is more smart or stronger than him,he knows it won't be easy...........................That's all I can give you.
The Conclusion
I have to say personally that The False Prince is a really great book.Sage is a great character,he's smart,arrogant but most impotantly he is also caring.The supporting characters were also very tight with the exception of Amarinda who seriously need more appearance.The story was also more better than I had expected,the story was sweet and it also had a lot of charm in it.Truthfully I really hoped the author explored the world a little bit more.The book also felt to short,I just started enjoying this book and suddenly it was over.I felt the book would be more complete if it had an additional 100 pages but of course that's the point of a sequel.The False Prince was definitely a great suprise that I never expected.

The Lion,The Witch and The Wardrobe
Hello everybody next month will be the third anniversary.I'm really excited for it I hope you all are too.Anyway while cleaning some of my old stuuf I found a book that I read about six years ago.
It is one of my first real book that I properly read and for old time sake I decided to reread it .The book is written by C S Lewis it was published in 1950 and is the second book of the Narnia series eventhough it is the first book he wrote for the series.It is one of the most famous children book that have ever been written.
The High and Low

.Has a sweet charming story filled with nice characters
.The ending felt somewhat lacking

Peter.Susan,Edmund and Lucy Pevensie are evacuated from London during World War 2.They are sent away to live with a professor named Digory Kirke.(If you read the Magician's Nephew first you might know him)at the countryside.They all are very excited to play outside unfortunately it rains so they decided to play hide and seek in the mansion instead.Lucy quickly enters a room which only contains a beautifully carved wardrobe.She quicky enters it hoping Edmund wouldn't find her but as she step into the wardrobe she finds herself in field filled with snow.there she befriends a faun named Tumnus.Who at first wants to capture her but has a change of heart because of her kindness.He quickly warns her about the wicked white witch................That's all I'm going to write.
The Conclusion
Opening the book old memories quickly came over me.To be truthful I remembered most of the story thanks to the (not so great)movie and how many times I read it when I was younger but like most good book it is a pleasure to reread it once again.The story feels charming and nostalgic compared to mordern children fantasy story.The characters are nice and pleasant its what you expect at a sweet fantasy story.The illustration also brings a great sentimental feeling that you rarely get.The biggest complain I have was the ending it felt somewhat lacking and I was never truly satisfied on how Susan never used her magic horn in this book.However I have to say The Lion,The Witch and The Wardrobe is a great children fantasy book that can be enjoyed by any ages who's looking for a more simple yet sweet book.

Fire
Hello everybody,I'm know you're probably tired hearing me apologize so instead I will cut to chase and just write my post as fast as possible.I read a book named Fire it is the prequel of the book Graceling which I haven't read yet since I didn't notice this book was a prequel.This book is written by Kristin Cashore and it was published in the year 2009.

.Fire and Brigan suprising has a nice chemistry.
.It has a nice setting.
.Didn't quite like the supporting characters.
.The story felt incomplete and rushed near the end.
Quick Summary
Fire is a half human half monster which enables her to control people with power and beauty.Luckily she will also use it to protect herself because she keeps feeling guilty about what her father did.One day she found a hunter roaming around the woods,she quickly contolled him and brought him to house.There her best friend Archer decides to lock him up for the night for further questioning unfortunately he was found dead tomorrow.They decided to meet the ex wife of the king incase she has some information about the hunter.There they meet the king and his brother Nash and Brigan.Nash quickly grows fond thanks to her beauty but Brigan absolutely detest her thinking that she is just like her father...............That's all for now.
The Conclusion
Fire started pretty strong start.The story was pretty nice the characters were solid especially the two main leads and the setting was somewhat interesting.However near half of the book unlikable supporting characters emerged which simply felt dull and pointless and near its end the story completely lost its steam making the ending felt rushed and somewhat incomplete.The book felt thta it was ten chapters short to many parts were cut near the end and it made me feel like tha author simply couldn't handle the material she had.Fire was definitely disspointing since it received glowing reviews but then again its not like I expected anything from it when I bought the book.

.Fire and Brigan suprising has a nice chemistry.

Fire is a half human half monster which enables her to control people with power and beauty.Luckily she will also use it to protect herself because she keeps feeling guilty about what her father did.One day she found a hunter roaming around the woods,she quickly contolled him and brought him to house.There her best friend Archer decides to lock him up for the night for further questioning unfortunately he was found dead tomorrow.They decided to meet the ex wife of the king incase she has some information about the hunter.There they meet the king and his brother Nash and Brigan.Nash quickly grows fond thanks to her beauty but Brigan absolutely detest her thinking that she is just like her father...............That's all for now.
The Conclusion
Fire started pretty strong start.The story was pretty nice the characters were solid especially the two main leads and the setting was somewhat interesting.However near half of the book unlikable supporting characters emerged which simply felt dull and pointless and near its end the story completely lost its steam making the ending felt rushed and somewhat incomplete.The book felt thta it was ten chapters short to many parts were cut near the end and it made me feel like tha author simply couldn't handle the material she had.Fire was definitely disspointing since it received glowing reviews but then again its not like I expected anything from it when I bought the book.

The Chaos Numbers #2
Before I start I want to apologize for writing my post slowly I just seem to have no time to read books lately.Anyway you may noticed that I never read Numbers #1 yet since there isn't any post abut it actually I didn't notice that it was the second book of the series when I bought it on a sale.Luckily you don't actually need to read the first book to fully comprehend the story.The book was written by Rachel Ward and was published in 2010.

Quick Summary
Adam has an amazing ability like his mom he can look at people an see their death dates.One day Adam needs and his aunt need to evict from their house and went to live in a city for a while.Weirdly all of the citizen there have the same death dates.Maning there will be something big happening on the date that could wipe all of the citizen in the city.There he meets a girl named Sarah who seemed to be afraid of him because she kept seeing him in her nightmare............That's all I'm going to write.
The Conclusion
The book really had a great concept.I found the story be interesting and slightly refreshing to the clutter of young adult books on the shelves in the bookstore.Unfortunately I found the character to be slightly dull.It is especially apparent because the story.The most likable character was Val(Adam's Aunt)was seriously underplayed.When the story reached the ending it lost a bit of its steam and settled for an unsatisfactory ending.Truthfully the book is pretty good but with its great story I really hoped for a great cast of character and a strong ending.Nonetheless it is a decent book to read for someone who's wishing to read something a little bit different than the Hunger Games/Twilight clones on the shelves.

The Garden Of Evening Mists
Let me start with pointing out what a horrible blogger I am.Not only I stilll havn't transalated my posts into japanese I keep making my post way over the deadline.One again I'm truly sorry.I will try my best in the future.Truthfully I have never read a book that won or nominated by The Man Booker Prize.Lasts week I saw a couple of them being on sale so decided to buy this book.This book was nominated for the award last year but lost to Bring Up The Bodies by Hilary Mantel.This book is written by Tan Twan Eng and was published in 2012.Obviously it received positive reviews.

Yun Ling decided to return to Yugiri after she retires and because there was a person named Tatsuji who wanted to see her too discuss about her former teacher Arimoto,who once was the gardener of the emperor of Japan.There he explained to he wanted to see Arimoto's Caligraphy and he also explained about his theories.That Arimoto was once a Tattoo Artist.There Yun Ling also met her old friend Frederick,she confessed to him that she is sick and someday all of her memory will disappear.He adviced her to write her experience in a book her memories will exist forever.With that advice Yun Ling wrote all her memories on Yugiri and her guilt about living while her sister died in the camp.
The Conclusion
This is a very beautiful book.The cover is simply magnnificentmI do have to say that I only picked this book because of its cover but once again I proved that you can judge a book by its cover.The characters are finely written almost of them have an unexplained depth in them.The author also presented the place so beautifully,I would love to visit Yugiri.Unfortunately it doesn't exist but I guess I can still visit Genting Highland but chances are most of the land there are in development.However I have to say that sometimes the story can be a tad too depressing.Almost every chapter I go through broke my heart.In the end the we/Yun Ling never did learn all what we/she wanted but then again we never do in real life but I do hop I will never have that experince.

Ottoline Goes To School
I'm really sorry I know I promised you that I will be transalating my posts in japanese starting this month not only that I only managed to write two posts this month.I will try to transalate them as soon as possible and you can expect three posts next month maybe even four if I have some free time.I read Ottoline Goes to School last week,you might remember that I read the first book for my children book month on May.The book was published in 2008.It is written by Chris Riddell,you might recognize him as the illustrator of the Edge Chronicles.
High and Low

Ottoline meets a girl named Cecily.Cecily lives in a great house and she also seems to have a great lineage of families.She goes to the Alice .B Smith for the Differently Gifted.Ottoline decides to enroll to the school there she meets more new friends and this put Mr Munroe in a quite unpleasant situation.It seems that the school is hunted and it wants to chase the students away but Ottoline is determine to find the ghost and her hidden gift as well...........................This book is pretty short.If I said more I would be revealing too much.
The Conclusion
I'm glad to say that Ottoline Goes to School was much better than Ottoline and The Yellow Cat.It seems that the author is getting used to his characters,making them much more likable(both in personality and illustration) I also felt that the story was stronger than the first book,sure it is still probably too simple for older readers but I don't think they will complain much considering the beautiful illustration and the wacky characters.However I still hope that the book could be longer.I know this is a children book but considering the huge amount of illustration I just wished there were more text to follow with.Nonetheless I would be glad to reccomend this book to any parents around who are looking a great book for their kids.

Beyonders:Seeds of Rebellion
Happy New Year readers.(I know that it has been more than a week but I still feel that i should say it)As I promised you last week I will try to buy my own books for this month.All of my brother and sister banned me from reading any of their book for a month so I have no choice but to buy my own book for this month.
Anyway I do hope you remember that I will be starting to transalate my post into japanese,just saying my japanese really need some brushing so I probably need a couple of month to get my japanese good enough to write a nicely written post but for now you need to bear with my baly written japanese.This book is written by Brandon Mull and it was published in 2012.This is the second book of the Beyonders series.
The High and Low
.The story is more adventurous compared to the first book.
.The characters were more likable than I remembered
.I felt that the author completely ignored Jason
Quick Summary
Jason is now back on the real world,he felt guilty about leaving Rachel alone in that world and he also he need to tell her that the secret word was fake before she confronts Maldor.One day he decided to visit the zoo,once again he heard the music coming from the hippo's mouth and without thinking he went inside hoping it would get him back to that world.Rachel is now on the run,one day she met a woman who can help her training with Edomic(Rachel has a natutal talent for speaking Edomic).She decided to stay with her for a while because she wants to be stronger.After hearing the news that Jason had returned,Rachel thank the woman and took off to find him.After meeting up they decided to meet all the words holder to tell them they don't have to guard it anymore because the word is actually meant for another person but unfortunately they find out that the words holder are getting killed........................................................That's all I will say.
The Conclusion
Like I said the last time Beyonders is a great book.It shows a dark fantasy world but yet I still can feel that it was written for young teen so by doing that it appeals to a lot of readers.This time I felt the book had a far a greater adventure than the last book.This is probably because the events felt more important.Anyway some characters were more likable than I remembered,I know I said the characters were likable when I reviewed the first book but there were still some annoying but likable characters.The only major thing I had to complain was about Jason.Truthfully I felt the author completely Ignored Jason after Jason and Rachel met.
Not to mention that the author made Jason felt useless.Rachel was learning Edomic.She could defeat monsters with that knowledge and that made her a valuble asset but Jason tried to learn the art of sword fighting but that takes years to master and I doubt with the skill he has know will be able to fight three soldiers let alone a monster.Regardless Beyonders is still full of strong characters and a great story that probably will keep you entertain to getthe third book.
